Winterhawk SAP Store – Deployment / Content Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions cover technical deployment of SAP Risk and Assurance Management plus Winterhawk industry content for the solution.
Technical Deployment
This implementation will be supported by Winterhawk to implement the off-the-shelf functionality of SAP Risk & Assurance Management software components, utilizing Winterhawk’s rapid deployment service with additional control library content (Per Industry).
There is no additional customization included in this scope.
Scope will be limited to the following high-level deliverables:
- Activation of the SAP Risk and Assurance Management module, and setup of two instances to ensure the application is installed and readily accessible for the start of the project.
- Configure standard product features for SAP Risk and Assurance Management.
- Testing of system configuration and data.
- Delivery of end user training.
- Go live Hypercare support.
Project delivery length is expected at a total 8 weeks
Winterhawk will provide the following implementation deliverables and scope:
- Technical and Functional scope definition and the support of workshops and business engagement.
- Document agreed implementation scope and future processes.
- Define and document configuration aspects.
- Configuration of Workflow aspects as identified during scoping.
- Perform and support Testing phases (Unit, Integration and UAT) as required as part of the implementation.
- Provide documentation of new processes and training to required user base
- Validate Production environment.
- Go Live and Stabilization.
- Job Scheduling for continuous reporting and provisioning.
Content Deployment
It is a requirement to use Winterhawk Technical Deployment services to make use of our content deployment services.
Winterhawk will supply and deploy our baseline content for Risk and Assurance Management for specific industry verticals. This information is for your exclusive use and it is not to be shared with another organisation without our express consent. It is prepared for use in SAP Risk and Assurance Management and cannot be used with any other solution or use case. This purchase entitles you to use of the content for perpetuity on as many instances of SAP Risk and Assurance Management, SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP as you have licenses for.
You can use part or whole of the content, you can change it or add to it to suite your specific needs.
This industry baseline content can be extended by Winterhawk, and further can include implementing SAP’s Business Content for SAP Risk and Assurance Management, as additional services.
