Some are harder than others – take a topic like Regulations, which is vast, and ever changing, globally and per industry, there are literally thousands and thousands of regulations worldwide (a nightmare for customers to keep on top of) – to then take a single regulation, develop a formula to extract key data (but only the key data out of a document that can be 10os of pages) and then from that regulation, to create a unique framework, providing both controls and testing, to automate that, and to make it work across multiple industries. That was (and still is) an enormous and ground breaking piece of breakthrough work (see here).
