As well as being specialists in SAP, GRC, Identity, Active Directory, IAM, ILM and IDM, Winterhawk maintains a select group of strategic partnerships which enhance our capabilities to offer end-to-end solutions.

Our History

Winterhawk was created with one primary goal in mind, to be the high quality supplier of GRC and Security but at the lowest and most affordable price.

As our client base has increased, we’ve expanded to have various international companies and local websites and have resources based across EMEA and North America with a global HQ based near London in the U.K.

Most recently, we became United VARs Global Solution Partner for SAP GRC, Security and Identity, supporting 55 of the largest suppliers of SAP, and more than 8,000 companies globally.

We are also a founding member of SAP Kinship Partners providing specialist services across SAP ERP, S/4 HANA, Ariba, Hybris, GRC, Security, Identity & Access Management, Cyber Security and App Development.

Here’s what our people have to say about working at Winterhawk:

Simon Riley

Simon Riley (Programme Management Director)

The decision to join Winterhawk was an easy one; having spent 20 years working for large multinational organisations, the option to join a fast paced, agile and growing organisation was something I simply could not turn down.

Winterhawk drive their people to learn new skills & improve continuously, I have experienced and witnessed how quickly the team are able to adapt to new challenges and improve already established offerings to the benefit our customers.

Mark Nicholson (Senior Manager Service Delivery)

I joined Winterhawk because I already knew the Winterhawk CEO (helpful!), having worked from him at a previous organisation. Instinctively I knew that Winterhawk, with its Governance focus, would be a great fit for me, and that they would value the 30 years I’d previously spend working in I.T, GRC and Service Delivery roles within Financial Services.

At Winterhawk I’ve gained exposure to supporting clients technically, leveraging my functional and process skills, I’ve gained training in new GRC solutions, I’ve had the opportunity to demonstrate products, I’ve supported RFPs, I’m challenged every day, and learning all the time.

Gary Kirkwood (Senior SAP Security & GRC Consultant)

I joined Winterhawk with 14 years SAP Security & Authorisations experience, thinking there was nothing left to learn from a technical or process point of view. Wrong!! Since joining I have learnt more than I could possibly have imagined.

The diversity of knowledge and backgrounds makes working at Winterhawk so special; the people are friendly, approachable and genuine team players, always putting the Client first.

Vanita Parthasarathy (SAP GRC & Security Specialist)

Winterhawk is an amazing place to work; professionally, I am challenged on a daily basis. I am also empowered through the training and development opportunities received from upper management and C-Suite executives.

I am surrounded by a diverse group of intelligent and friendly people. We are very team-driven, and we operate in a way that puts collective goals ahead of individual glory. Winterhawk is a company that supports and believes in its staff.

Toni Cherry Winterhawk Global Marketing Manager - responsible for all marketing, media and promotions

Toni Cherry (Marketing & Media Manager)

Being able to work flexibly was key to my decision to return to the workforce after a career break.

Family responsibilities mean that my work pattern can vary. This could be a barrier to career progression or even to employment at some organisations, but Winterhawk supports its staff with a range of flexible working options. Knowing that my employer understands my responsibilities means less stress & anxiety in my life.

Bill Oliver (Head of Technology)

I’ve known the Winterhawk Senior Leadership team since 2007, I was working for another company at the time but we formed a strong relationship and we’ve always kept in touch.

When the opportunity arose to work together at Winterhawk, it was an easy decision. We all share a common passion for protecting of data, and it’s been great to be part of ground breaking projects developing content, helping clients safeguard their systems against Fraud and Cyber related vulnerabilities.

Stephane Vitalis Brun (Lead Identity & Process Architect)

Living in Paris, France, it’s really vital for me to feel connected with my team, even though they are not always physically with me. We use solutions like Microsoft Teams a lot to help us align and collaborate.

While I am supporting clients in France, I’m also supporting clients in the UK, Denmark and North America, this gives me tremendous variety, working across many industries. For me, the most important thing is to feel I am helping people, it’s all about the people.
