Business Development Manager – EMEA

What you will do
As a Business Development Manager you will be in a predominately customer facing position responsible for increasing new business sales with a focus on building upon existing SAP relationships, as well as developing new sales opportunities across Winterhawk’s main focus areas.
How you will do it
Your schedule will include business development, marketing, and content creation functions.
Your primary responsibility with be developing and finding sales opportunities throughout UK&I and EMEA, managing specific channels including but not limited to SAP Security and GRC, IAM/ILM Services, GDPR, and Insurance. You will offer support and advice on core Winterhawk Consulting solutions, completing customer bids and proposals as needed, carrying out demonstrations and presentations to consultants and potential customers, visiting key customers to demonstrate and discuss solutions and promote sales. Constant liaison with customers to offer support and advice on specific products/projects and assisting and attending trade and channel focused events in the area.
Your secondary responsibilities will include delivering innovative marketing solutions to further develop the health and success of the Winterhawk Consulting Brand. This will include planning, development, content creation, budgeting, project management, and successful implementation of integrated marketing programs including alignment with demand generation, pipeline building and acceleration activities. You will work with relevant internal and external teams to capitalise on the marketing mix with emphasis on developing pipeline. Aligns with branding, content, communications, data, marketing intelligence & operations, online, digital and social media, partners, customer references, sponsorships, awards, and events to support creation of integrated audience specific programs and campaigns.
• Participate in Strategic Planning – Work based on guidance with Business Planning, Marketing Planning, Sales and Business Development/Management to determine goals for region, market unit, country, or route to market and translate into integrated audience specific programs. Ensure programs and campaigns are aligned with stated strategic goals.
• Develop Content and Messaging – Build, tailor, and syndicate content for awareness, demand generation, opportunity acceleration, customer adoption and retention, and other strategic purposes, combining market and competitive insights, business objectives, knowledge of relevant elements of the Winterhawk Consulting portfolio, audience insights and intelligence as well as key messages into integrated programs.
