“The 2012 Winterhawk Outfitters/Elk101.com Lets Go Hunting Sweepstakes” Official Rules

The 2012 Elk101.com/Winterhawk Outfitters “Let’s Go Hunting” Sweepstakes begins at 6 AM April 1, 2012 (MST) and ends at 5 PM (MST)March 1, 2013.

To be eligible entrants must be a legal citizen or permanent legal resident of the 50 United States, District of Columbia or Canada.  Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid Social Security number and/or valid Drivers License at the time of entry. Sweepstakes is void in all areas where  restricted or prohibited by law.

To enter, visit www.winterhawk.com or www.elk101.com and complete the official online entry form in it’s entirety.  Neither Elk101.com, Winterhawk Outfitters, nor any sweepstakes entity is responsible for online entry’s that are lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable. If a dispute arises regarding the identity of the winning entry it will be considered submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the promotion period.  Entry information must be keystroked manually and receipt of entries will not be verified by Winterhawk or its agencies. The winning entrant will be contacted and must sign and return within four (4) days of receipt a signed affidavit of eligibility and publicity release.  If the entrant fails to sign and return the affidavit within the four day period he/she forfeits any claim to the prize and an alternative winning entry will be selected.  Prize winners will be issued an IRS 1099 form for the actual value of the prize awarded. Prize winners are the only persons elibible to receive the prizes they have been drawn for. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold.

By participating in this sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges which are final in all respects. By participating in the sweepstakes entrants release Elk101.com, Winterhawk Outfitters, and their agencies from any and all liability and damages that may result out of participation in the sweepstakes. Personal information provided by entrants will be used by Elk101.com, Winterhawk Outfitters, and their designated agencies for the purpose of selecting the prize winner and in-house marketing.   No information will be sold.

A drawing for the winner will be held on March 10, 2013. The winner’s name will be published at www.elk101.com and www.winterhawk.com.
