Booking Information To book a hunt or summer trip, a 50% deposit is required to hold the dates you desire. We suggest you first call us, to make sure the hunt you would like is still available. Then, you have a couple options for making your deposit. Most people mail us a check for their deposit. Personal or business checks are accepted. If you would like to put your deposit on a credit card, give us a call. Sometimes we are able to do it that way. Credit card payments are not accepted for the final balance of your hunt. NEW! You can also make your deposit and/or pay your final balance using PayPal (www.paypal.com). All deposits are totally non-refundable, as that is the purpose of the deposit, to assure you that you have a hunt, and to assure us that we have a hunter to fill the spot. In the event you cancel your hunt, but are able to secure another person to take your reservation on the hunt, your deposit will be refunded. If you can not find another person to take your place, the deposit will be totally non-refundable. When booking a trip, we will need the following information for everyone in your group: name, address, phone number, cell number, work number, and email address. Please make a note stating which hunt you are booking and include that with your deposit check. If you are booking for a group, it is helpful to have the deposits for everyone in the group sent in the same envelope to us, when possible. This helps avoid confusion in our office regarding which hunter belongs to which group. Upon receiving your deposit, we will send an information packet with your contract, suggested item lists, map to base camp, and etc. to each member of your group. |
